Unlike traditional systems that struggle with irregular shapes or shifting loads, the Cross Tray XL encloses each item within four raised edges, keeping packages stable even through turns and high speed operations. That same tray geometry is what allows EuroSort’s Cross Tray family to handle everything from round, cylindrical, and odd shaped products to lightweight flats without falling off in turns.
The XL model offers a 24 x 31 in tray footprint, opening the door to larger items and high volume parcel work — up to 13 kg — while still maintaining the same control that keeps small packages and polybags securely in place. In other words: if it fits, it stays put.
A mechanically driven discharge — rather than motorized carrier components — keeps the system simple, quiet, and low maintenance. That same mechanical approach also improves accuracy, delivering consistent, reliable sorting into chutes, gaylords, or outbound containers. No extra touch required.
